ZERO&nbsp;<\/em>in a free update.<\/p>\n<p>The new update has added split-screen support across the entire game, while originally it was only available in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber map. Other balancing tweaks and changes were made in the update.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a rundown on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bandainamcoent.asia\/sea\/news\/dragon-ball-sparking-zero-free-update-1112\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">update<\/a>, plus a new trailer:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Game Mode Adjustments<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Battle&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>All stages can now be selected in offline P1 vs. P2 battles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Functionality Adjustments<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Battle Setup&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>A function allowing you to change a character&#8217;s display method has been added.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>The &#8220;My Sets&#8221; function has been added for Team Members.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ranked Match \/ Player Match&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>You can now skip the intro battle animations (requires both players to input the skip command).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Player Match&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>You can now set your team to \u201chidden\u201d or \u201crevealed\u201d to your opponent when editing your team.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Custom Battle Mode&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Texts can now be sorted alphabetically.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Options&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>You can now set the battle camera distance to be closer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Battle System Adjustments<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High-Speed Dragon Dash (New Action)&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>The new quick movement action, &#8220;High-Speed Dragon Dash&#8221;, where you can move quickly towards your opponent, has been added. Perform with R2 and holding X (PS5) or RT and holding A (XSX|S).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Smash Attack&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>You will no longer be stunned when hit by a Rush Ki Blast when charging a Smash Attack.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>When charging a Smash Attack during a Rush Attack, charge time reduction based on hit count has been increased.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Rush Ki Blast&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>The time between being able to fire the next Rush Ki Blast after firing the maximum consecutive amount at once (different for each character) has been increased.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Rush Ki Blast Deflection&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>You can now move while deflecting Rush Ki Blasts.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Steps&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>You will now no longer be able to be hit by certain attacks immediately after performing a Step.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Rush Ki Blast and Smash Ki Blast can now also be evaded.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Z-Burst Dash&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>The amount of Ki consumed when activating it has increased.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Burst Smash&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Ki will no longer be consumed when activating it, and will instead consume an amount based on the distance traveled.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Blast&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Damage has been increased when using a boost.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Z-Search&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Z-Search will no longer lose track of your opponent when characters are swapped.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>You will now quickly regain sight of your opponent if they enter your line of sight from the front when Z-Search is not locked onto them.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Z-Counter&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>The input window has been shortened.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Z-Counter will become more difficult to perform if performed consecutively.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Ki consumed has been increased when successfully performing a Z-Counter.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Skill Count increase speed has been reduced when successfully performing a Z-Counter.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Revenge Counter&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Skill Count consumed when using Perception against Revenge Counter has been reduced from 2 to 1.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Rush Attacks during Sparking! Mode&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Gradual damage reduction of consecutive hits has been increased.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Combos&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>The final attack of Aerial Combos and Aerial Slash Combos will no longer be interrupted by guarding.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Character Switch&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Health recovery rate of Standby characters has been reduced.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Z-Burst Dash (Giant Characters)&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>The tackle done by Giant characters during Z-Burst Dashes is now guardable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skill Adjustments<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skills that cause instant Sparking! Mode&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Skill Count consumed has been increased.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Skills that increase stats in general&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Skill Count consumed has been decreased.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Afterimage Strike&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Effect duration has been reduced to 10 seconds, and will be removed if your opponent uses Perception while you are under the effect.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>False Courage&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Skill Count consumed has been increased from 1 to 2.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Technique: All I Need Is Five Seconds!&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Skill Count consumed has been increased from 3 to 2 and status increase upon activation has been increased.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Stardust Barrier&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>You can now activate it while receiving melee attacks from the front.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Blast Adjustments<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Long-Range Blasts and Ultimate Blasts&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Speed has been reduced.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Super Vegito: Final Kamehameha&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Ki consumed and damage has been increased.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Goku (Mini): Quick Rush&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Trajectory can now be changed while Rushing.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Mr. Satan: Present Bomb&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Increased ending lag after activation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Character Adjustments <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Android 19\/ Dr. Gero&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Health\/Ki amount absorbed on successful throw has been adjusted.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Dragon Dash, Quick Ascend, and Quick Descend now consume Ki.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Cell 2nd Form&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>You can now escape the throw.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Cooler&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Amount of Health restored upon transforming has been increased.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Giant Characters&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Increased the time it takes to charge a Smash Attack and reduced its power.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Great Ape Vegeta \/ Dr. Wheelo&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum health has been reduced.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Other&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>We have improved performance and ease of use.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/c-Se47KEfsM?si=1Uy30dH8cSAorljy\" width=\"730\" height=\"410\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><em>Dragon Ball: Sparking!
